and the leftover 4mm nylon raindrip spahetti tube fits the bill quite nicely. Nice and rigid so it won't get crushed and will be easy to shove through the grommet. No need to get any additional couplings - the assorted 1/4" vac t's and zip ties should do the job. Just hope i don't have to bend it too much. I can always use straight inline couplings to connect sectons of rubber hose for flexibility if necessary.
